Membership

1. Fees (covering the period March – February) are payable before the end of April.
2. Members joining after the 1st September may do so at half price for the half year to March.
3. Paid-up members are included in the OPC WhatsApp Group. Details held are name, e-mail address and telephone number. Members may opt out of the Group. Members are also identified on the monthly Score Cards, generally by first name.
4. Other communication via Facebook, which is openly accessible to Facebook users.
5. Only members may play in Club sponsored events. Some Club sponsored events may be open to non-members.

Guests

6. Non-members may play at club sessions as guests. This is limited to three sessions per person in any one year (March – February).
